Mentor Advice: from T.A. McCann. Find the blogs of thought leaders that you want to have know your product and promote your brand. Rather then asking them to do so directly, go to their blog and comment on their posts. Smart and intelligent comments, not blather, add some value reference other resources and research.
After you’ve commented a few times and created a dialog they will know who you are.
I was talking with a group of founders a few weeks ago on this topic. Specifically, what amazed me most was how many page views my blog had in 2012 and how few comments it created. After the session, one of the founders forwarded me this cartoon.

You obviously didn’t have me proofread this one first. So, in the spirit of the cartoon you posted, you used “Rather then” instead of “Rather than”! Lol… (couldn’t resist!)
