Trajectory: Startup—Ideation to Product/Market Fit book launches 4/13
My new book launches today, 4/13/2021. It’s been quite a journey. Five of my own startups, some success and failures. Working across different programs including Founder Institute, Techstars, and 500 Startups. A season as the SVP of Programs with UP Global (Startup Weekend + Startup America) that included 1200+ events in 120 countries with 74,000 attendees in the last full year.
What do you learn working with a few thousand startup founders? A lot actually!
The book starts where Startup Weekend ended! I’m glad you’re enthusiastic about your idea and your new found and potential co-founders, but before you leave you day job there is a lot you can know.
The book provides context for why startups fail and you shouldn’t. Then it walks you thru 4-6 months worth of work that you can do part-time while you still have your salary and benefits to validate your idea and test your hypothesis.
You’ll get actionable advices and detailed deliverables that every startup has to complete to get launched. And launch faster, because time is quite literally money in an early stage startup.
